Jim Morgan spent fourteen years as a Parking Enforcement Officer with the City of Vancouver – a job where people saw the uniform before they saw the person.

“On The Edge” is a memoir about public hostility, personal loss, and the dark humor that helped him survive both.

Jim is driving across Canada this summer on a solo book tour – stopping in North Battleford for two talks.
